At MBFA, we discuss the act of eating birds. This conversation leads to many interesting, thought provoking questions. The one that we get the most is: “Hey, John E, love the site man…say, what does [insert avian sub-species] taste like?”.
Great question, reader. The answer is, of course, “It depends!” Birds come in a range of flavors, textures, chewiness, moisture content, and other important culinary dimensions. One universal truth does apply, however: they all taste like Freedom and Freedom tastes delicious.
For more specifics, we’ve done some field/internet research and found this. Turns out peacock is delicious but makes one gassy. Penguin, unsurprisingly, tastes like waterlogged ass.
